A late brace from Ramiro Enrique and a stoppage-time dagger from Martín Ojeda sealed the Lions’ statement victory, ending Columbus’ seven-game unbeaten home streak.

Enrique’s Impact Sparks Turnaround in Second Half

Columbus took the lead in the 66th minute on a penalty kick converted by Diego Rossi after a handball was called inside the box. But the lead didn’t last long. Just one minute later, forward Ramiro Enrique came off the bench and immediately shifted the match’s momentum.

In the 76th minute, Enrique tied the game with a composed finish off assists from Iván Angulo and Martín Ojeda. Only three minutes later, Enrique found the net again—once again with help from Angulo and Ojeda—to give Orlando a 2-1 lead.

Martín Ojeda put the result beyond doubt in the sixth minute of stoppage time, latching onto a precision through ball from Alex Freeman and scoring Orlando’s third goal. The goal marked Ojeda’s:

• 10th straight MLS match with a goal contribution—a new club-record streak

Ojeda now surpasses Nani’s previous single-season club record (22 goal contributions in 2019) and ties Facundo Torres for the most goal contributions in regular season club history (57).
